Hey guys!
If you haven’t heard, I’m here to let you know that jewelries/accessories COMPLETE a look! You could literally take a look from boring to interesting, basic to eye catching or dainty to baddie, if you don’t believe me scroll through Rihanna’s (my sister) Instagram! At this point, you can tell that I’ll be talking about jewelries, with a main focus on Nigerian Jewelry brands. I’m a sucker for jewelries and they might be my next best thing after shoes (aren’t bags your next best things Chika? 🤷🏽♀️)
You know that feeling you get when you go through your parents’ jewelry box and you just know you’re “stealing” a few things because they are MEANT for you? That’s how I expect you to feel when going through my list today! Let’s get into the list!
RAENNA
Totally in love with this brand and their aesthetic. Their pieces are simple with a touch of extra (who does that remind you of?😉) I love that they focus mainly on gold jewelries that can be dressed either up or down. You have probably heard about this brand, especially if you follow a lot of Lagos based influencers, i.e. Onyii Bekeh, I am Dodos, Valerie Egbuniwe, etc. Check them out and let me know what you think of them.
T-MAVIK
I recently got a few things from this brand and I just want to let you know that I am in love! I really love hoops and this brand knows how to do the damn thing when it comes to hoops. I got three and they all have something uniquely different about them. They currently have a new collection, I’ll suggest you check them out (if you do, let them know I sent you, your girl is trying to get a collaboration 🤞).
FISSY AND NISSI COLLECTIONS
If you’ve been with me for a while you’ll know have much I love art. I even went as far as creating ChikaxArt so I could showcase my art and everything I do relating to that. But that’s not the point, we are here to talk about this Abuja based jewelry brand. I love how this brand incorporates art to their pieces. I’m sure you have not seen a Nigerian brand do this yet. Their pieces definitely make a statement and did I mention they are budget friendly?
DAVANA
I remember buying from this brand some years back because I liked how simple their pieces were. I love how far they’ve grown, I mean, look at the picture below. Like most of the jewelry brands mentioned, they sell everyday pieces that can be worn with any outfit at any time. I really like this engraved necklace, especially the “Davana” at the back!
CATALEYA
I heard about this brand from SiainStyle and Onyii Bekeh and gave myself a mental note that I was going to get something from them one of this days. Their pieces are extra extra, they have simple ones but are known for their extra ones. I mean, look at how chunky this neck chain is and don’t get me started on their hoops. They aren’t exactly budget friendly, so I’ll advice you get your coins ready when shopping from them.
I know how you feel! You want to check them out don’t you? I felt the same way! Remember jewelries make your look, they could also be used to show your personality, they are also used to show what type of look you’re going for. Use that tip when shopping for your next piece and let me know how it goes. If you shop from them please let me know!
I can’t believe we are at the end of this post. Let me know if you enjoyed reading it. What brand would you be shopping from? If you know other brands please let me know, I’ll love to see others?
Stay safe,
Chika❤

Thanks for the feature Chika and this is a wonderful read. I love and follow all the brands you mentioned. I love to see Nigerian brands that surpass the norm. Thanks again
