Hey guys!
So I missed blogmas day five, sadly 😢. But I’m making up for that today. I’ll be posting a restaurant review (you all seem to love them!)
On today’s episode I’ll be talking about A-Class Restaurant, a restaurant here in Abuja. Before I even start, I’ll like to say that I have found my favorite restaurant guys! I’ll try my best not to be biased with this review and tell it as it is. This restaurant is located along Kashim Ibrahim Way, Maitama, Abuja in A-Class park.
A few weeks ago I went out with my girls for lunch and A-Class Restaurant was our location choice for the day. We settled for it after a failed restaurant trip to a place that shall not be mentioned😅.
On entering the restaurant all I could think of was “this is giving me very mini London café vibes”, with dark wood and vibrant orange interior. It was well lit up and had a really nice feel to it. Very modern and simple, using just orange (I’m guessing it was done because of the brand’s color pallet). The lighting is really great for pictures (I may or may not be going back to take some pictures).

The food – the main reason you’d visit a restaurant right? It was really good. I ordered the Beef Fried Rice (played it safe this time around – if you know, you know 😉), and my friends ordered the Chicken Fried rice and Assorted Meat Pepper Soup respectively. Before I get started on how the food tasted, I’ll like to point out that their portions are quite impressive! You can eat and still take some home. My food was very flavorful, the only con was its lack of pepper (I’ve become a fan of pepper and I blame my cousin for this), you could tell that they didn’t “count the meat and vegetable“, the Chicken Fried Rice tasted similar to mine, very tasty and well loaded, only difference was that it was chicken and not beef (well duh😂). I didn’t taste the pepper soup but my friend liked how it tasted, she didn’t complain about anything (not that she complains, but you get my point), can I also add that it came with bread-you know those soft ones that go well with anything (long story short, I ate it and I loved it).

We kept it pretty safe with the drinks as well, I had my go to drink, because I wanted something that wasn’t so expensive but really good. I had the fresh pineapple juice (guys you should actually order this at your next lunch because it’s actually really good and I hardly ever get a bad one anytime I order) and my friend had the Oreo milk shake (lovely, period 💁🏽♀️).

I love how cost effective their menu is. Nothing different from the regular price range for Abuja restaurants. You can check it here or just see a few pictures bellow.

You know how the workers at a place can make or break the restaurant. These ones didn’t. They were efficient and didn’t show any irritation towards us, they just did the job they were paid to do and did it very well.
Rating this restaurant I’ll say a 10, but you’ll come for me. So I’ll give it a 9. The food quality met with the price so that’s a strong 9. I wasn’t a big fan of the outdoor sit out and for that’ll give it a 9 for the ambiance. The price was a 10 and the service would be a 9 as well.
If you’re looking for a great place to celebrate Christmas dinner with family or that special someone, I’ll suggest this place.
If you read to this point and think I was being biased then you read wrong, you can visit it and get your own experience (you actually never know, maybe it was a good day), let me know what you think when you do. Also, let them know “The Chika Ibe” sent you😉.
I hope you enjoyed this review. Let me know if you’ll be visiting them anytime soon. Would you like another restaurant review or something different? I’m all ears guys! I’ll love to know!

Definitely when next I’m in Abuja
